At After Five Floors, we’ll ship the flooring to your home unfinished and sand, stain, seal, and finish with a protective layer on the job site at your home. Site-finished hardwood is more customized with various choices of finish, sheen level, stain colors, and installation patterns. The result, the flooring will have a smoother surface with no high or low points between boards.
